Product Description

High-Temperature Guardian: Chrome-Zirconia Corundum Refractory Castable

This is a high-performance neutral castable prepared through optimized particle grading and micro-powder technology. Designed for ultra-high temperature and severe corrosion environments. Enhanced by chrome oxide and zirconia for superior slag penetration resistance, maintaining integrity under extreme thermal shock.

Advantage:

• Excellent Slag Resistance

• Superior Thermal Shock Stability

• High-Temperature Volume Stability

Pure Protection: High-Performance Zircon Refractory Castable

This product uses high-purity zircon sand as the main raw material, formulated with low impurities. It forms a stable zirconia-based sintered layer at high temperatures, exhibiting strong chemical inertness to acidic media and oxide melts, along with excellent penetration resistance and volume stability. An ideal choice for glass furnaces and precision melting.

Advantage:

• Outstanding Acidic Corrosion Resistance

• Low Contamination Risk

• Good Installation Performance

High-Performance AZS Refractory Castable

The High-Performance AZS (Alumina-Zirconia-Silica) Refractory Castable is a premier monolithic refractory material specifically engineered to withstand extreme corrosion from molten glass and alkaline vapors. Through selected raw materials and advanced particle grading technology, it forms a dense, robust, and chemically stable monolithic lining at high temperatures. It is a critical material for extending the service life of high-temperature equipment like glass melting furnaces and ensuring production purity.

Advantage:

• High-Performance AZS Refractory Castable

• Excellent Thermal Shock Resistance

• High Strength & Density

• Easy Installation

Classic & Reliable: Alumina-Silica Refractory Castable

Based on the proven Al₂O₃-SiO₂ system, offering a complete range from standard to high-grade solutions for a wide spectrum of medium-to-high temperature industrial needs.

As the most classic castable system, we offer a full range from low-cement to ultra-low cement types, with alumina content from 50% to over 90%. Through selected raw materials and optimized binding systems, properties like high-temperature strength, thermal shock resistance, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance can be flexibly tailored for the best cost-performance ratio.

Advantage:

• Broad Applicability

• Excellent Installation Performance

• Superb Cost-Effectiveness

• Good Thermal Insulation

Application

Selection Guide Based on Application Scenarios

1. Contact with molten glass: AZS castable is the first choice

2. For extremely high temperatures (>1800°C) and severe chemical attack: e.g., chemical gasifiers, consider Chrome-Zirconia Corundum or Zircon Castables (choose based on medium acidity/alkalinity).

3. For extremely demanding thermal shock resistance (frequent cycling): Chrome-Zirconia Corundum and Zircon Castables are superior, followed by sintered AZS Castable.

4. For general high-temperature insulation or protection (<1700°C): Cost-effective Alumina-Silica Castables are typically ideal, with higher alumina grades available for more demanding conditions.
