Product Description

The Sintered Porous Refractory Bricks Series represents a line of advanced, engineered materials designed for superior thermal management in extreme environments. By precisely controlling porosity and microstructure during the sintering process, this series delivers an optimal balance of lightweight insulation and high-temperature structural integrity. These bricks are engineered to reduce furnace weight, lower energy consumption, and enhance process efficiency where both insulation and resistance to harsh conditions are critical.

Application

Glass Industry:

Regenerator Checkerwork: Used in glass melting furnace regenerators as a heat exchange medium to recover waste heat from flue gas and preheat combustion air. Suitable for refractory materials in regenerator checker walls.

Porous Magnesia Bricks: Particularly suitable for the high-temperature zone (1100-1450°C) of regenerators, capable of resisting alkali vapor attack and thermal shock (rapid temperature changes).
