Product Description

The sintered zirconia corundum brick AZS series products(including models such as AZS-20, AZS-30, AZS-33, etc.) are professional refractory materials developed for special working conditions in glass furnaces. This series of products is divided into two types according to production process and shape characteristics: Type A is standard machine-pressed products(such as AZS-20A), and Type B is special-shaped cast products(such as AZS-20B). These products have excellent resistance to alkali vapor corrosion, outstanding thermal shock stability(1100℃ water quenching cycle ≥20 times), and good high-temperature volume stability. Main application areas include glass furnace hot repair projects, hot replacement of key components such as nozzle bricks, high-temperature zones in the upper part of regenerators, and areas with frequent thermal shock such as port necks.

 

Note: Type A products have higher dimensional accuracy(±0.5mm); Type B products adopt special casting processes and can produce complex special-shaped pieces.This series of products is particularly suitable for maintenance and key part repairs of float glass and container glass furnaces.
