Manufactured from alumina/zirconia hollow spheres as the primary raw material through pressing and sintering, these refractory bricks offers excellent thermal insulation. It is suitable for lining high-temperature kilns and furnaces that demand stringent purity requirements.
Beyond shaped products, we also supply unshaped refractories such as hollow ball castables, which are used for monolithic lining of complex-shaped kilns or as a back-up insulation layer. Additionally, we offer hollow ball loose fill (or bulk insulation fill) for use as a filling insulation layer between the kiln shell and the working lining, or as insulation filler in vacuum high-temperature furnaces.
Alumina Hollow Ball Bricks: Serving as high-temperature linings for industrial kilns and furnaces, and used to manufacture setter plates for product firing.
